Manufacturing Industry Facts for Successful Conventions and Meetings in Cleveland
Manufacturing Industry
Northeast Ohio has been revitalized and reborn, emerging as an efficient and diverse business region that supplies valuable, sophisticated manufactured goods throughout the world. Greater Cleveland is home to the largest concentration of polymer research and product development companies in the nation.
The economic make-up of Northeast Ohio is unique given the diversity and strength of industries operating here. Seldom do other regions experience the number of driver industries that are present in the region. Even more rare is the strength of the interrelationships among these industries--metalworking, plastic products and chemicals, motor vehicles and equipment, insurance, biomedical, instruments and controls.
