Facilities
Cleveland has a wealth of facilities from which to choose when planning your event. From the traditional to the unique, Positively Cleveland matches the site with the personality and logistical needs of your convention or meeting. At your request, Positively Cleveland notifies hotels of your meeting requirements so that they can submit competitive proposals offering dates and rates for your consideration. A Positively Cleveland representative will arrange appointments, introduce you to representatives from hotels and meeting facilities, coordinate location tours and much more.

Site Inspections
Once you've narrowed down your options, come to Cleveland for a visit and take a closer look.   We'll help you to review your hotel and meeting arrangements and finalize the details of your meeting.  Count on us to assist with every aspect of your visit. We'll make sure you have a positively Cleveland experience.

Housing
If you require two or more hotels, the Housing Department will gladly manage your group's housing needs using the Passkey System's state-of-the-art housing technology. Attendees can either make reservations via the Internet or fax or mail housing requests to Positively Cleveland for processing. Attendees receive a written acknowledgement of their reservation from Positively Cleveland. You then have 24-hour access to a wide variety of web reports that enable you to closely monitor inventory and pickup at all hotels.

Program Planning
Positively Cleveland maintains extensive files on entertainment, tours and attractions available in the Cleveland Plus region and can make appropriate suggestions. Positively Cleveland will help you to obtain any products and services needed to stage your convention or meeting. Note: The firms, organizations and individuals listed in the Destination Planning Guide are members of Positively Cleveland and are experienced in handling conventions or meetings.

Restaurant/City Information Booth
Cleveland has restaurants from casual to elegant with prices and menus to meet all tastes and budgets. Let our knowledgeable staff help you to find the perfect place for lunch or dinner. The booth is free to groups with 1,000+ rooms peak and available to other groups at registration rates.
