Positively Cleveland can assist with your registration needs and take the worry and hassle out of this important process.
Requirements
Registration requirements must be submitted to our office in writing no later than 30 days in advance of your meeting. They must include specific dates, hours, duties, location and number of personnel necessary. Registration assistance requests received fewer than 30 days in advance of your meeting may require a third-party company.

(Prior to 8am or after 5pm, Monday-Saturday, all day Sunday)
Parking
A $8.00 per-person, per-day fee to help defray transportation costs will be included on your invoice.
Minimum
A four-hour minimum is required per person, per day.
Supervisors
A supervisor will automatically be scheduled when ten (10) or more Registration Assistants are assigned to a show. In cases of extremely large staff requirements, the number of Supervisors automatically assigned will be in accordance with the total number of personnel scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled personnel. If a 24-hour cancellation notice is not given, the organization will be charged the minimum hours. Cancellation prior to the first scheduled day should be given directly to the Convention Services Manager. Any cancellations made onsite should be given to the Supervisor (or the Convention Services Manager if no Supervisor has been assigned).
Meal + Rest Periods
A meal period of 30 minutes shall be provided whenever a person is assigned to work for a period of five (5) hours or more. In addition, scheduled rest periods must be provided for all personnel at a minimum rate of ten (10) minutes for every four (4) hours worked. These break and meal periods are counted as hours worked.
Restaurant Reservation/City Information Booth
Our staff experts are available to assist delegates in their selection of restaurants and free-time activities. This service is available to all citywide conferences (utilizing 1,000+ rooms on peak night) on a complimentary basis. It is available to all other groups at our prevailing registration rates.
