Simply contact your assigned convention services representative, Amanda Bonvechio, CMP, Tim Carney or Sharon Gronowski , CMP and be sure to include the date, length of time, venue, group size/audience and topic in your email.

Request a Welcome Letter

Positively Cleveland can provide a welcome letter from our President, David Gilbert, and/or can help you request one from the Mayor's office. Please place your request through your assigned convention services representative,  Amanda Bonvechio, CMP, Tim Carney or Sharon Gronowski , CMP.

Microsites + E-blasts

Let us build a microsite or send you an eblast you can use to promote your meeting, conference or tradeshow. Please place your request through your assigned convention services representative, Amanda Bonvechio, CMP, Tim Carney or Sharon Gronowski , CMP.

Pre-Promotional Collateral

Positively Cleveland can supply you with printed materials and specialty items for distribution to your convention delegates. Pre-printed literature can be personalized with copy for your own mailings. Promotional items available include Cleveland Plus marketing literature, brochures for area attractions, pins, bags and publications.
