Housing Assistance

If you require two or more hotels, the Convention Services Department will gladly manage your group's housing needs using the Passkey System's state-of-the-art housing technology.

Attendees can either make reservations via the Internet, fax or mail housing requests to Positively Cleveland for processing. Attendees receive a written acknowledgement of their reservation from Positively Cleveland. You then have 24-hour access to a wide variety of web reports that enable you to closely monitor inventory and pickup at all hotels.
